Prior to using Sequence, we were always spending long hours manually calculating our invoices, which can be prone to errors. Admittedly, we have a fairly specialized pricing set up - minimums, complex usage data, tiered pricing, milestone-based billing. The flexibility of Sequence has helped automate the billing process, reducing invoicing mistakes and saving their finance team 4 days per month on month end close.
