Product-level discounts display pilot pricing clearly in quotes, and are automatically removed for paid periods. Billing schedules generate invoices based on defined contract phases without manual intervention, reducing monthly billing time by 90% compared to their previous manual tracking process.
One unified platform for the entire contract to cash and revenue process
Inkeep consolidated invoicing from 4 different systems (Brex, Bill.com, Stripe, manual invoicing) into one unified platform while maintaining Stripe for payment processing. Sequence's native HubSpot integration automatically pushes deal data, allowing sales to track their pipeline while finance manages billing in Sequence, eliminating the need for spreadsheet tracking and Slack reminders. Each quote creates a billing schedule that, once activated, automatically generates invoices throughout the contract term, with all deal data syncing back to HubSpot via Sequence's bi-directional integration.
Faster contract negotiations with MSA attachment
Because Inkeep's AI agents require deep system access and handle sensitive customer data, every enterprise deal involves extensive legal review and MSA redlines. Sequence allows teams to attach finalized MSAs and redlined agreements directly to order forms, reducing the friction in contract negotiations. This approach contributed to Inkeep closing deals 20% faster compared to their previous manual process.
