We've shipped an improvement to the layout of sales quote documents generated by Sequence CPQ. Quote PDFs now have an improved structure and better reflect your brand.

You can now configure additional quote countersigners in Quote Settings and flexibly select countersigners on each quote for a more streamlined contracting workflow.

We’ve just rolled out a new feature to help you create quotes in seconds. With quote templates, you can pre-define sections, branding, and pricing details – so your team can send professional quotes in fewer clicks. Head over to the “Quotes” tab in your Sequence CPQ workspace and start by saving an existing quote as a template.

We've shipped several enhancements to make complex quotes clearer and easier to manage, with more control over their published state.

What's New:

• Contract total panel: A new panel shows your contract value breakdown when you're configuring pricing
• Custom phase names: Add descriptive names to contract phases (like "3-Month Trial" or "Year 1 Enterprise") that appear on your published quotes
• New quote view mode: Group pricing by either contract phase or product on published quotes to match your customers' preferred view
• Quote unpublishing: Now you can unpublish quotes when you need to make changes or prevent customer access.
