Managed Stripe Billing migration service

With 100s of customers to migrate, Attention was paired with one of our dedicated Stripe Billing migration team at Sequence, who easily ensured that saved cards and payment methods were transferred successfully to Sequence via our Stripe migration script, and recreating all active contracts and billing subscriptions. The end to end process was wrapped up within 4 weeks.

Centralised, notion-style quoting module that reps and customers love

Attention can now use Sequence as a single source for all quoting activity (drafts, published and signed versions). Their reps love the notion-esque interface of our order forms, which allow them to customise the aesthetic of each proposal, while having deep flexibility to customise pricing options (seat-based, prorated overages, free trials, price ramps) as needed for each deal.

Automatically track and bill for seat upgrades without friction

By connecting to the Sequence usage API, Attention can update seat balances on a daily basis, enabling immediate charges for any user upgrades without any input required from their GTM team. These upgrades are automatically charged to the card on file, enabling instant revenue capture for user upgrades that were previously unable to be tracked and billed accurately.
