FAQs

How long does the hiring process take?

We aim for our hiring process to be complete within 3 weeks. But of course this is all dependent on the candidates and interviewers schedule.

What is Sequence’s policy on remote working?

Sequence has a fully remote set up. We hire globally (within +/- 5 hours from London).

We use a mix of synchronous and asynchronous forms of communication and ensure full transparency across the org by making sure everything is documented and easily accessible. 

Will the interviews be conducted remotely or in an office?

All interviews are conducted remotely via hangouts.
